This article presents the results of applying Project-Based Learning (PBL) to entrepreneurship education in the Gastronomy Technology course at IF Baiano – Campus Catu. Using a teaching sequence designed for this purpose, we investigated how PBL (Project-Based Learning) contributes to meaningful learning and the development of entrepreneurial skills. The research, using a qualitative approach, employed logbooks, questionnaires, and participant observation for data collection, and Textual Discursive Analysis (TDA) as an analysis technique. The results reveal that the methodology stimulates student engagement, broadens understanding of business, and develops skills such as teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving. It is concluded that PBL (Project-Based Learning) is effective for entrepreneurial training in Vocational and Technological Education.
