Abstract

The topic of this study is management and inclusive processes at school. This topic raises different reflections nowadays, and we sought to answer the following question: What are the main strategies developed by school management so that inclusive processes may take place at school? Therefore, this study aimed to identify school management strategies which promote inclusive processes at school. The methodology used was qualitative and involved bibliographic research in journal databases such as Portal de Periódicos CAPES, LUME and Scielo. Between 2012 and  2022, seven studies on school management and inclusive processes were found. As observed in these results, the continued training of teachers is a recurring topic, as well as strategies aimed at physical and pedagogical accessibility, curricular adaptations, and the involvement of families in the schooling process of children with disabilities. The need for studies on the proposed theme becomes clear due to the relevance of promoting management strategies for school inclusive processes. The main finding is that there is a need for studies that emphasize the importance of management involvement in school inclusive processes, highlighting the need for new research on the topic.
