Abstract

Abstract: Faced with a public health problem such as Urinary Incontinence, this article has the objective of potentiating reflections on the teaching of Urinary Incontinence and subsidizing health professors in the possibility of educational material that provides dynamic and collaborative interactions in the teaching and learning process. This research is a cut of an Educational Product originated from a Professional Master's Degree carried out in a Federal Institute in Brazil. This Educational Product consists of a Teaching Sequence planned and systematized in the model of the flipped classroom supported by Digital Information and Communication Technologies for teaching the content of Urinary Incontinence in higher education. The 'UI Game: Uniting Pairs' was elaborated as an active strategy integrating the educational activities of the Didactic Sequence. The results presented, after the validation of the Educational Product, demonstrated the viability of the Didactic Sequence and the 'UI Game: Uniting Peers' contributed to positively enhance knowledge, focusing on learning and fostering critical interaction among the people involved. It was possible to subsidize health teachers in their teaching practices with quality educational material about Female Urinary Incontinence. In the same way, the game also enables health professionals to approach the theme with the patients in an effective way.
