QUTIP como recurso didático para aplicação de conceitos de Mecânica Quântica

Resumen

Recent works have emphasized the importance of solidifying fundamental knowledge of quantum mechanics in undergraduate courses in exact sciences and technologies. A 2021 article by Jesus et al. details the use of an open-source platform for working with quantum algorithms and applying previously learned concepts from quantum computing in quantum circuit classrooms, using computational software. This work gives rise to a new pedagogical resource proposal for physics education, now presenting a freely available software library created by Johansson, Nation, and Nori in 2012, called QuTip, which enables the simulation of quantum systems and mathematical operations using Dirac notation.
