Abstract

Abstract: The article addresses the use of Role Playing Game (RPG) as a pedagogical tool to promote creative learning among students, utilizing Digital Information and Communication Technologies. The RPG "Creative City" is presented as an educational game that assists educators in fostering students' creativity and problem-solving skills through collaborative narrative construction. The adopted methodology involved bibliographic research and a case study, involving the application of the "Creative City" RPG with elementary school students. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire based on the MEEGA+ educational game evaluation model. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques, which involve the interpretation of collected textual records. The results demonstrated the potential of the game in promoting creative learning and engaging students in the search for innovative solutions to real social problems.
