Abstract

The current work seeks to analyze how the business sector acts to disseminate the entrepreneurship ideology between the students of the state education system of Rio de Janeiro. To this end, favors the developed acts by NGO “Junior Achievement”, which was funded through a group business people and since 2014 develops the “Entrepreneurial Track Project”, providing for the application of a sequence of entrepreneurship programs in the high school curriculum of the referred educational system. The question about this study is: considering the objective conditions of production/reproduction of the fluminense’s youth existence, aggravated in the current political and socioeconomic context, what are the purposes of encouraging entrepreneurship to the public’s High School students of Rio de Janeiro? This is a bibliographic and qualitative research, based on dialectical and historical materialism method, which has in the corpus of the analysis the “Entrepreneurial Track Project”’s informational contents on disposal of the NGO website. The results indicate that the entrepreneurship ideology in addition to conform the students to the new flexible labour relations contributes to soften the classes antagonisms, tricking the worker into thinking they have more autonomy to manage their time for leisure and work. By encouraging the young people to a proactive attitude in problem-solving, individual or of communities, the social entrepreneurship contribute to keep the social cohesion and the governability.
