In the literature, we can find several articles that study the growth of microorganisms in milk, general predictive models for the growth of these organisms and the growth of Salmonella, such as the modified logistic model and the modified Gompertz model. The parameters present in all the mathematical models change, when tested empirically, due to factors in the environment in which they are grown, such as temperature. In this study, we present a fuzzy model for the growth of these microorganisms that takes into account the uncertainties inherent in the parameters, resulting from the constant changes in their values. We also study the interactivity and fuzzy correlation between parameters, aiming to highlight the dependence between the values and verifying how much changes in one influence the values of the other, indicating how this can biologically affect population behavior. We investigated some interesting properties and particular cases of operations between interactive fuzzy numbers. We obtained low levels of interactivity between the fuzzy parameters of the indicated model.
