Abstract

When the school assumes its social function, it must work towards the integral formation of citizens promoting the transformation of society, as well as guaranteeing a quality educational process that recognizes diversity. The article aims to understand the school paths of homoaffective subjects considering the influence of the school in the “production” of subjectivities. In addition, it analyzes professors' and managers' actions through the perspective of homoaffective subjects and investigates the memory milestones of these subjects. The research, with a qualitative approach, was developed through narrative interviews that reveal the urgency of rethinking the school space, after all, there are many memories of hostility and suffering within it. The analyzes and results obtained reaffirm the action of heteronormativity on the subjects. The teachers who pass through their paths also left their marks. Such factors imply the construction of their subjectivities since they are inserted in school for many years of their lives.
